| Job Description : Title : Senior Network Engineer - Onsite ( Preferably DMV area) Duration : 2 Years Location: Largo, MD Job Description : A highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer in Infrastructure Division. The onboarded Consultant work responsibilities include, however not limited to: Design,configure, and maintain complex network infrastructures, including Cisco routers,switches, wireless access points, and other networking devices. Installand deploy network equipment, ensuring optimal performances and security. Troubleshootand resolve network issues, conducting root cause analysis when necessary. Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meetbusiness requirements. Implementand maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists. Monitornetwork performance and make recommendations for improvements. Current,up-to-date latest networking technologies and best practices. This position has a pivotal role in ensuring availability of our critical network infrastructure. The idealcandidate will have the following skills and qualifications: Bachelorsdegree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalentexperience). Provenexperience as a Senior Network Engineer with a strong focus on Cisco technologies. In-depth knowledgeof Cisco routers, switches, wireless access points, Cisco ISE, and CiscoUmbrella. Familiaritywith network management and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and NetBrain. Strongbackground in network security principles and best practices. Experiencewith Palo Alto firewalls. CCNPcertification (preferred). Abilityto work independently and efficiently, managing multiple tasks and priorities. Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
