Title: Data and Analytics Architect (Onsite) Location: Dallas, TX Duration: Contract Job description 12+ years of experience as a application and data architect, developer, data warehouse consumer and / or data related operations 3+ Years of working experience or exposure to Azure, GCP or any other Cloud development and deployment practices. Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred. Mortgage and/or Financial industry knowledge is strongly preferred especially with escrow, investor reporting and services; default mortgage (Claims) will be a strong plus. Data modeling concepts, modeling experience and be able to create from scratch. Hands-On, working knowledge of .Net, Java and SQL language, (i.e. T-SQL (Microsoft), PostgreSQL) 3+ years of people leadership skills will be a major plus Mid-level to expert knowledge in data integration concepts, source-to-target mapping techniques and requirements documentation for ETL team to follow Working knowledge of Big Data concepts in organizing both structured and unstructured data is a big plus Highly skilled in managing all aspects of all sizes and complexities of multiple projects simultaneously across the software development life cycle phases (SDLC). Strong track record of interviewing business partners, setting and managing expectations in relation to deliverables and requirements Understanding of Agile development methodologies and software project life cycle and associated methodologies. Experience with standard systems analysis tools and procedures Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects. Excellent problem solving skills and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish deep understanding of clients business issues. Excellent customer service skills.
