Role: ServiceNow Architect Location: Philadelphia PA (Onsite - Hybrid) Job Description Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Architect, with a focus on ServiceNow implementations. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform fundamentals, modules, and capabilities. ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow licensing models, pricing structures, and license optimization strategies. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting business process analysis, and translating requirements into technical specifications. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently. Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL framework is a plus. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage license tracking and compliance processes.
