Required Skills Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (usually 8-10 years) as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to middleware integrations. Strong understanding of middleware concepts, such as message queues, API management, ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), and integration patterns. Familiarity with various middleware technologies, such as IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion Middleware, MuleSoft, Apache Kafka, etc. Proficiency in documenting business and technical requirements, process flows, and system architectures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills to translate technical jargon into understandable terms for business stakeholders.
