Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex software applications using Java and related technologies. Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Java. Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-performance, and reliable Java applications. Expertise in Java programming language, along with proficiency in related frameworks and technologies (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Proficiency in database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern web frameworks is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues effectively. Solid understanding of version control systems (Git, SVN) and collaborative development workflows. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
