BI Reporting and Data Integration lead Irving-TX--Hybrid Long Term Contract MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): Understanding and working experience of SFDC Sales/Service cloud platform and Pega Decisioning. Knowledge of working with custom reports within SFDC, Knowledge of reporting using Tableau, working knowledge of Terradata Strong understanding of software development processes and practices, with experience working in Agile engineering practices such as Continuous Integration, Test-Driven Development, and DevOps Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and removing impediments to team productivity Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a reporting lead JOB DUTIES: 1. Build reports using Tableau interfacing with Terradata platform. Data integrations between SFDC/Pega and Terradata. 2. Participate in business requirement calls with stakeholders 3.
