Configuring and managing SCCM components, such as distribution points, software update points, reporting services, and asset intelligence. Creating and deploying software packages, applications, and operating system images using SCCM. Managing software updates and patch deployment using SCCM, including the creation and maintenance of update packages, deployment rules, and deployment schedules. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SCCM infrastructure, deployments, and client management. Monthly windows patching need to be take care with the concern Apps and infra team. Vulnerability remediation need to take care. Monitoring the health and performance of SCCM servers, ensuring high availability and scalability. Collaborating with other IT teams to integrate SCCM with other systems, such as Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint security solutions. Developing and implementing SCCM best practices and security standards to ensure a stable and secure environment. Creating and maintaining documentation related to SCCM infrastructure, processes, and configurations. Providing technical guidance and support to junior SCCM administrators and other IT teams. Keeping up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in SCCM and related systems management tools. Monthly DP health reports need to be shared with the management.
