Type : Contract Job Details: Must Have Skills Functional testing Automation Responsibilities are: - Should be affluent in Spanish and should have good experience in Spanish IVR testing. Interacting with Client and Business users for clarifying the requirements Participating in design and requirements review discussions to analyze the feasibility of the kind of testing required. Coordinate with external technology vendors, internal staff members and third-party consultants. Discussing and defining the scope and involvement of testing team Requesting data for calls via IVR and for website/performance testing and working with different teams to get it set in required databases. Preparing the test plan and executing test scenarios, coordinating with multiple teams involved Project and releases related documentation updates Defect logging and tracking till closure. Involved in preparation of Deployment Plans and review discussions, defining the scope of testing and type of testing support required. Supporting Regression testing of multiple IVR applications being deployed, agent screen pop validation and validation of call transfers from Agent to Agent in live environment. Resource allocation for Onsite & Offshore test support, schedules assignment and effort management to ensure efficiency and productivity are maximized. Troubleshoot issues reported by the Customers and provide optimal resolution by working with Development and business teams. Experience in Agile Model is plus Job Description: - Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IVR Testing. Experience in Utilities domain is a plus Should be affluent in Spanish and should have good experience in Spanish IVR testing. Demonstrated and consistent track record in leading cross-functional project(s) with people management experience across multiple time zones Able to work within a dynamic environment Excellent communication skills and client interfacing skills Job Background/Context: - This Lead will be responsible for leading team from onshore to support QA for client in utilities domain. Person will have to interact with multiple teams within and outside of own organization and best practices to communicate testing objectives and needs to all stakeholders. Responsible for driving the various initiatives and ensuring all teams are aware of deadlines and have plans to deliver on time. Timely escalations to management to resolve issues. Assess creation and signoff of test strategy and plan, test scenarios, work with business team for user acceptance plan, raise testing issues in time and work with project managers to finalize the testing time lines. Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives. Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the project schedule and key milestones.
