No West Coast. Must haves: Supply Chain experience. E2E is great, but if they are well versed in 1 or 2 areas, that's okay. They are going to be working with the different SC functional leads to gather metrics requirements for their specific function. For example, someone in the planning space is going to have different metrics than someone in manufacturing. The BA needs to understand the domain knowledge enough to ask the right questions and translate that to the developers. Mature, confident, strong rapport building skills. They must be seasoned as an Agile BA and in the ability to work independently. They should be proactive in navigating the organization to get information and up to speed quickly. A good mid-level person with the right attitude, aptitude and experience, is better than many years of experience. It's all about their attitude and agility... gut feel! Strong Agile BA Skills! knows the role of a BA in an Agile team on a large, multi-year program. Writes user stories, understands product, etc. The will work within a typical Agile/Scrum environment inclusive of a Business Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers, UI Designers, Data Analyst/Scientists, etc. Some foundational knowledge of Data analysis. Not an expert, but this is a data/metrics project so they should be competent in this space. They will NOT be a hands-on heavy technical BA. SQL experience is a plus, not required The Pharma Supply Chain team is in Phase One of Project - an ongoing, multi-year digital project, with the end goal of creating enhanced visibility, insights, and driving action from Supply Chain Metrics. We are seeking a Business Analyst to come with solid digital product development experience to develop a digital platform on Supply Chain KPIs, Metrics, measures, etc. Looking for involvement in a multi-year product development cycle as opposed to a side project that generated some dashboards, KPIs, etc. The candidate will work within a typical agile team, with a product owner, scrum master, development team, data scientists and analysts, and UI developers. This will operate within E2E Supply Chain. Responsibilities: Candidate should be experienced with Agile methodology; superficial familiarity is not enough. Should be experienced with product development lifecycle and adept in driving development, prioritizing the backlog, and holding the development team accountable for deliverables. Candidate should be equally skilled at understanding business requirements (especially in Supply Chain). Candidate should be well versed in building use cases, writing, managing, and clarifying user stories, and process flows. Candidate should have strong experience in the Supply Chain space, with a firm grasp on typical supply chain metrics, measures and KPIs Candidate should have strong data analysis skills, and have comfortability with typical technologies used by development teams in order to drive conversations and bridge the gap between business and development teams. They should be able to decode what the business truly wants and effectively translate it into development requirements From a soft skills point of view: Be able to function proactively (key) Self-starter and able to function independently, they should be able to demonstrate independent thinking and action Be able to intuitively navigate business conversations, and pull-in proper people into meetings based on which requirements are being gathered Skilled in customer service, as this role is the bridge between business and development teams.
