Role: Network Voice Engineer

Location: Newport Beach, CA (Day 1 Onsite)

Experience: 8 to 10

Client is seeking for a qualified associate to assist in managing an advanced corporate Network environment. The desired candidate should possess below listed skills at L3 level.

Respond and research potential or identified supported technology system failures and resolve outages, performance, or integrity problems as per standard department-established guidelines.

Administer faxing solutions and connectors.

Participate in department project initiatives.

Develop solutions that meet system requirements.

Maintains the environment by troubleshooting and repairing outages, testing backup procedures and updating documentation.

Creation of end-user training material.

Responsible to be proficient in Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support on the telephony systems.

Share ideas, projects, and best practices and help create a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.

Build and maintain customer rapport by listening to and resolving concerns; answering questions.

Proactively monitor all production systems using specialized software.

Enhance tower and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Proficient in the following: AWS Connect Call Center, the building of flows, and IVR menus.

Knowledgeable in AWS Lex Bot.

Proficient in Cisco Jabber and CUCM.

Knowledgeable in RightFax or E-Fax

Knowledgeable in Service Now.

Knowledgeable in Snowflake.

Good-to-have skills

Good Interpersonal Communication skills

Experience in interacting and working with US Customers directly

Change and Configuration management through testing and moving updates through various staging environments (ITIL Change and Configuration Mgmt.)

Problem identification, determination, and resolution for product or usage of the product in conjunction with requestor (ITIL Incident/Problem Mgmt.)

Years of Experience 8+ years of relevant experience
