Role: Sr. Oracle Cloud Architect Location: Brooklyn, NY (onsite-Hybrid 3 days onsite) Duration: 1 year ***Must have mandatory requirements*** Please share Candidates Individual References Job Description Senior Oracle Cloud Architect Responsibilities: Containerization and Kubernetes: Build and manage Kubernetes clusters using cloud native tools, Red Hat OpenShift. Create a steady state support readiness process. Consolidate application and container logs with standard logging services. Creating dashboards for metrics using Grafana, ELK stack and Kubernetes-dashboard Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Advanced) or Equivalent Cloud provider (AWS): Advanced storage use cases like mounting Object Storage on Compute instances, File Storage Backups. Developing API's for Application access to Buckets Developing Functions to automate scheduled processes. (convert Cron based jobs to Functions) Cloud Security including IAM, Security Lists and NSGs. Experience with handling cloud metrics/logging to troubleshoot outages and monitoring user activity. Splunk experience is highly preferred. Linux System Administration (Advanced): System configurations for application integration. Working with Developers for application impact/remediations related to fixing security vulnerabilities. Python, Scripting DevOps Integration: Creating and maintaining playbooks for Windows automation - including rebooting, application installation, time sync operations. AD integration. Creating Jenkins pipelines to build containers and deploy Creating DevOps process for Blue/ and Canary deployment Required Experience: 10+ years of experience in application architecture 5 years of experience with Cloud and Microservices migrations. In depth experience containerizing existing application stack into micro-services Experience writing Ansible playbooks for Linux application installations, patching, OS State management.
