| From: pankaj, Stellent IT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Sr. Lab IT Analyst Lexington, Massachusetts Phone and Skype Long Term Job Description: Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Sr. Lab IT Analyst to support our projects in Lexington, MA for a 100% on-site project You will be responsible for: Perform Periodic Review for the QC Laboratory computerized systems; review periodic reviews performed by other SME's and be the SME for the Periodic Review process. Work with a cross functional team to improve the Periodic Review Process. Own and work on Change Controls, Proactive Initiatives, Deviations and Quality Events for QC laboratory systems. Author/update System Configuration Specification, System Administration SOP, execute test scripts following cGxP. Support the QC labs for the Laboratory computer systems as system administrator. Be the first point of contact with Business and help resolve incident tickets. Fulfill access requests for laboratory computer systems. Assist with incidents requiring troubleshooting and be the subject matter expert to investigate, troubleshoot, find resolution, and implement the resolution. Assist in system validation activities in conjunction with IT, Validation and QA related to implement upgrades or break fixes required as part of incidents. Assist the System implementation team as required to execute and/or review and approve validation lifecycle documents like assessments, test protocols etc. Work with the Lab Automation team to interface the standalone systems with our SDMS and LIMS as required. Assist in evaluation or product enhancements and capabilities, implementing upgrades as required. About you: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus + 5 years of experience in Labs System Administrator or similar role. Strong knowledge of server and workstation hardware, operating systems, etc. Background with lab specific software application and data management systems. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
