Good understanding of functional programming 5 years of experience with building data pipelines, data processing and reporting in Big Data systems, Experience of using Agile based development methodologies. Good understanding software development and Enterprise architecture patterns Hands-on experience with open source big data technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Spark, YARN, Oozie, HDFS, etc. Data processing experience with Spark Streaming, Spark SQL Expertise with functional programming, preferably Scala. Comfortable with Java and/or Python.
