Act as the conduit between business SMEs and technology partners to determine methods to elicit and document consistent Business and Functional requirements and gain stakeholder alignment and ensure desired results Provides assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements When needed, assist with the development and execution of test plans. Works with user groups to assist with training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes Requirements: Workday Payroll and Time Tracking Prioritize work based on business needs and complexity Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Ability to communicate effectively with IT and Business units Self-motivated and strong organizational skills Ability to plan strategically, innovate and leverage best practices to solve problems Ability to understand, analyze and document business processes Ability to elicit business requirements using various methods Participate on project teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage different stakeholders needs and requirements Service industry knowledge a plus Ability to build and execute SQL queries a plus Experience with system implementations or product implementation projects Work Experience Required: 7+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience Keywords: information technology |
