Job Title: ETL/Informatica Developer Location: McLean, VA | Hybrid 3 days per week | Tues Thurs. | Local Candidates Only to VA, MD, DC Visa: any visa can work - H1B only from trusted third parties Experience Level: Minimum 5+ years Client: Freddie Mac Must Have Skills: Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Cloud Data Integration (CDI) , Cloud AWS,UNIX scripting, and any other ETL tools. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience building ETL pipelines and Data Replication Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Cloud Data Integration (CDI) Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting of tasks Expertise in shell scripting and/or python Knowledge of application development lifecycles, & continuous integration/deployment practices Experience with AWS S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis and Snowflake Proficient in Agile Software Development methodology, processes, and practices. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in computer science or IT, Advanced degree preferred Minimum five (5) years overall current and hands-on development experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Cloud Data Integration (CDI); Minimum five (5) years of current and hands-on experience with complex SQL and high-volume Relational databases and SQL Query performance tuning. Minimum two (2) years of current and hands-on UNIX shell scripting experience. Minimum two (2) years of current and hands-on scheduler experience (Control-M/Autosys) Vetting Questions: Must be included with each submission Are you familiar with IaC tools with bootstrapping on AWS What IaC tools have you dealt with What challenges did you face with bootstrapping and which tools/packages What is the most challenging data integration you have built and using which tool What are the components you used within that tool What data engineering pipelines have you built using spark, EMR, Snowflake, MongoDB, etc. Please describe your experience with IICS Application Integration & Data Integration Please describe your experience with processing encrypted files, JSON, and XML files.
