Troubleshooting and Debugging to find out the root cause of the incidents Job Summary: Managing and first level troubleshooting and Debugging to find out the root cause of the incidents. Exposure to basic infrastructure (network/database/unix servers/cloud etc.). Good understanding of incident management process. Exposure on Monitoring both manual and tool based and experience on ticketing activities. Updating and maintaining knowledge articles. Resolving start up and login problems, Desktop performance and optimization, resolving browser and internet connection, troubleshooting DNS & DHCP issues. Good communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical and non - technical issues with colleagues at all levels within and outside organization. Roles & Responsibilities: Experience to work on a different shift models. Minimum 5 Years relevant experience in Core Java, J2EE, Microservice.
