Position: Workday Engineer, GC USC Only Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Month MOI: Phone and Video The position will design, build, test, implement, and maintain complex or large-scale web applications that are reliable and accessible and support the organization's Application & API Strategy under supervision of senior team members. This person will be responsible for development activities pertaining to the Workday implementation: What youll do: Manage system integrations within the architecture of the HR/Finance system and middleware Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and well as new integrations Design and develop interfaces and conduct unit and integration tests Build applications for our clients, using an agile engineering mindset, ability to solve complex problems, strong engineering skills, and willingness to lead through the ambiguity of rapid change. Design, build, test, implement, and maintain complex or large-scale web applications that are reliable and accessible and support the organization's Application & API Strategy under supervision of senior team members. May take large responsibility development for projects and liaise with external consultants or vendors to integrate new web products with existing web applications to improve the functionality or design of the organization's website. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation and problem resolution Consult with business and technical teams about interface design and maintenance; collaborate with other architects and technical leads on design decisions Perform routine break/fix support and regression testing and support the inbound/outbound interfaces to the system and middleware. What youll bring: Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards Strong technical experience with XML and Java Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Technology, design, visual arts, communication, creative or related field. Required 2+ years of experience developing/designing component-based web, mobile, or desktop applications 6+ months of experience with Workday Business Processes, system configuration, and implementation Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles 2+ years of experience working with cloud technologies and/or experience with Agile methodologies preferred Keywords: green card |
