Capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. General IT Troubleshooting and Support: Respond to IT tickets, emails, and phone calls to address user issues. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, diagnosing and solving them promptly. Provide training and assistance to users to ensure optimal system performance. Print/Fax Management: Install, configure, and maintain printers and fax machines across the organization. Address any printer or fax machine issues, ensuring they are functional and meet the organization's needs. Manage toner and other related supplies, placing orders as needed. Desktop Management: Assist in the setup and configuration of desktop computers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and standards. Perform routine upgrades and maintenance on desktop systems. Aid in the installation and updating of company-approved software. Collaborate with the IT team on larger projects, providing input and hands-on support as needed.
