| Role : FICO Blaze Rules Lead Developer Location : Richarson, TX or Chicago, IL Hybrid (3 days/week onsite & 2 days/week remote) MUST be local/within driving distance to Richardson, TX or Chicago, IL Skills/Experience needed: 8+ years of total IT experience Experience with analysis, design and development of business rules (FICO Blaze) and related components as well as lead development team of rules developers Experience with Leading enhancements and new business rules through integration of technical, architecture and business requirements Experience as Lead rules designer for business rules to identify best solution and resulting technical specifications within limits of code environment, linking Business Analyst needs and Architect definition to technical solutions. Experience with FICO Blaze business rules engine in architecting & designing complex rulesets, decision structures and ability to integrate with other system components seamlessly. Experience with Service Oriented Architecture - SOAP / REST & APIs, Web Technologies - HTML/CSS/ASP.Net/Java. Experience leading a team of rules developers, task assignment & tracking allocations across multiple projects.
