The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for improving the user experience of our digital products. The UX Tester will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to identify usability issues, provide valuable feedback, and contribute to the overall enhancement of our products. Responsibilities: Plan and execute usability testing sessions to evaluate the user experience of digital products. Develop test scenarios, tasks, and scripts that align with user personas and product objectives. Recruit participants for usability testing sessions and facilitate their involvement in the testing process. Conduct moderated and unmoderated usability tests, including remote testing, eye-tracking studies, and in-person sessions. Gather qualitative and quantitative data from usability tests, user interviews, and surveys to identify usability issues and user preferences. Collaborate with UX designers and developers to communicate usability findings and recommendations for improvements. Create detailed usability testing reports, highlighting key findings, user feedback, and actionable recommendations. Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for user testing purposes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX testing and user research. Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in conducting usability testing for digital products, including web applications and mobile apps. Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Familiarity with usability testing tools and software (e.g., usability testing platforms, screen recording tools, survey tools). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey usability findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with the ability to identify user pain points and suggest practical solutions. Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and adapting to changing project requirements. Experience with user research methods such as user interviews, surveys, and user journey mapping is a plus.
