[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Network Architect Remote 12 months Network Architect: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network consultant with expertise in Software-Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN) implementation and design. As a Network Architect, you will be responsible for Analyzing, designing, and planning cutting-edge SD-WAN solutions to optimize our organization's network infrastructure and enhance its performance, security, and scalability. Responsibilities: Come onboard as a technology leader to assess current Network Infrastructure and lead design strategy for the SD-WAN solution. Develop strategic network architecture plans and roadmaps for SD-WAN implementation, considering business requirements, current network infrastructure, and future scalability. Design and configure SD-WAN solutions to meet performance, reliability, and security objectives. Evaluate SD-WAN vendors, products, and technologies to identify the most suitable solutions for the organization. Optimize network performance, quality of service (QoS), and bandwidth utilization using SD-WAN capabilities. Monitor network performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments. Ensure that SD-WAN implementations adhere to the organization's security policies and compliance requirements to safeguard data, applications, and communications over the SD-WAN. Perform capacity planning and forecasting for SD-WAN resources to accommodate future growth and traffic patterns. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance their understanding of SD-WAN technologies and ensure smooth operations. Conduct training sessions and workshops for network engineers and IT staff. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Network Architect with significant involvement in SD-WAN design and implementation. In-depth knowledge of SD-WAN concepts, protocols, and technologies. Strong understanding of traditional WAN technologies (MPLS, VPN, etc.) and their integration with SD-WAN. Experience with networking technologies such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc. Familiarity with various SD-WAN vendors and their product offerings. Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices. Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE, VMware VCP-NV, or equivalent are highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong project management and leadership skills.
