Assess COTS applications buy versus build for new business requirements. Manage and upgrade existing portfolio of applications, including security. Maintain a strong practice of development using.NET technologies, Azure DevOps/GitHub, SQL server, and REST APIs. Follow Agile code development methodology. Provide leadership and supervision of staff and contractors who perform development and support tasks. Provide excellent customer support while working with client Clerk department election and records teams. Provide additional support leading up to and during elections. Election schedule for multiple years is published on the clients website at Election Information (phoenix.gov). This involves providing election day support in voting centers, ballot tabulation support, testing and troubleshooting election equipment and applications.
