Minimum five (5) years experience developing full stack applications using C#/VB.Net,.NET Core, Entity Framework and MVC/Razor Pages Minimum five (5) years experience in architecting, developing, and managing SQL databases, creating and managing SSRS reports and SSIS packages. Experience leading and managing staff to develop applications Experience and knowledge with processes and technology used during elections voter registration, ballot processing, election day operations. Experience and knowledge with processes and technology used for records management and processing (Records Management Systems) Experience with Agile software development. Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies (including services such as SignalR Service, AzureAD (OAuth/OpenID Connect), Azure App Registration, Azure Key vaults) Experience developing and consuming REST based web services. Experience supporting large to medium sized enterprise or department level applications. Strong working experience working with Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub Experience working with Microsoft Access databases KEY JOB DUTIES Lead design, development, and support of existing and new applications used by client Clerk department and voters during election cycle. Assess COTS applications buy versus build for new business requirements. Manage and upgrade existing portfolio of applications, including security. Maintain a strong practice of development using.NET technologies, Azure DevOps/GitHub, SQL server, and REST APIs. Follow Agile code development methodology. Provide leadership and supervision of staff and contractors who perform development and support tasks. Provide excellent customer support while working with client Clerk department election and records teams. Provide additional support leading up to and during elections. Election schedule for multiple years is published on the clients website at Election Information ( phoenix.gov). This involves providing election day support in voting centers, ballot tabulation support, testing and troubleshooting election equipment and applications.
