Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred Hands-on expertise with application design, software development, and automated testing Strong development experience in any two programming languages Java, Javascript, Python, Go; preferred Go lang Experience with modern datastores like Redis, Couchbase, Cassandra & Postgresql. Hands-on experience in cloud native application patterns and tools, micro services architectures, application migrations to any cloud platform Excellent understanding of Infrastructure, Virtualization, Containers, Network, Storage, monitoring tools, Logging analytic tools (Splunk, etc.) Preferred hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions Preferred hands-on experience with Cloud technology such as OpenShift/ Kubernetes, Docker, Envoy and control plane. Good understanding of one-way/two-way ssl communications. Deep understanding of Agile principles and processes Proven experience leading teams of engineers Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn through experience. Excellent collaboration in a team environment and comfortable in group based working sessions. Working experience as part of an Agile team. Proficient oral and written communication skills.
