Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, robust, and efficient applications using Oracle JET. Work closely with the finance department to understand their reporting needs and create solutions to meet them. Understand and apply accounting principles in the development of business applications. Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications. Verify and deploy programs and systems. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software. Create technical documentation for reference and reporting. Gather user feedback to improve software performance. Work with project managers and junior developers, providing them with mentoring and direction as necessary. Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Oracle JET. Strong understanding of reporting techniques and tools. Understanding of accounting principles and their application in business. Experience working with relational databases like Oracle, SQL, etc. Proficiency in modern programming languages like Java, JavaScript, etc. Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle. Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for tackling complex development issues. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
