Project Details: We are in the midst of a significant transformation, working on a substantial Salesforce implementation. The focus is currently on developing a guest CRM system, allowing hotel staff to view guest history, including stays, membership level, check-ins, and more. While we have an analyst overseeing the user interface (UI), there's a pressing need for expertise on the data side. The chosen candidate will be responsible for: Documenting specifications detailing expected data transfer. Leveraging basic SQL skills to assess and analyze the built data store. Mapping the data store to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer. This role is part of a large-scale enterprise project involving extensive data. Qualifications: A minimum of 6 years of professional experience. Previous experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous but not mandatory. Proven experience on Salesforce projects is essential. Demonstrated experience in mapping out integrations and drafting specifications. Proficiency in SQL is required.
