Must have driven Business discussions/workshops and should have worked on CRM functional design covering functionalities for sales, service, marketing, field service and PSA Expertise in creating business requirements, user stories, functional design and high-level design documents. Must have sound understanding on power platform capabilities and possibilities Must have overall understanding on - Dynamics 365 platform, online and on-premises versions, upgrades and migrations, integration with other office products, multilingual and multi-currency functionality, mobile and handheld clients, outlook and outlook app capabilities and offline capabilities Must have experience of co-ordination among different teams like business SMEs, Development, QA, etc. Should have given Training to Business Users on functionality being rolled out Should have deep understanding of multiple industry domains.
