Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Apps Developer with a strong background in Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 5 year of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Power Apps. In addition to technical expertise, exceptional communication skills are crucial for effectively collaborating with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional Power Apps solutions. Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps, ensuring optimal performance and usability. Integrate Power Apps applications with various data sources, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external systems. Implement complex business logic and workflows within Power Apps to automate processes and improve efficiency. Create and configure Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Apps Portals to meet client needs. Leverage AI Builder to incorporate artificial intelligence capabilities into Power Apps solutions, enhancing functionality and user experience. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, UX/UI designers, and testers, to ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team. Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Power Apps features, updates, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, gather requirements, and provide project updates. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to discuss project progress and gather feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience. At least 5 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps development. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Apps Portals. Experience integrating Power Apps with various data sources, both within the Microsoft ecosystem and external systems. Familiarity with AI Builder and its capabilities for adding AI components to Power Apps. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
