Job Description:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coordinates management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management of the current DCRT Case management system.

Plans, coordinates, and monitors IT support activities.

Develops, implements, maintains and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of DCRT system.

Troubleshoots staff IT problems.

Ensures project life-cycle is in compliance with District standards and procedures.

Work on the architecture approach, architecture design, and prototypes for the project.

Work on the technology/tool evaluation, proof of concept and prototypes to support architecture decision.

Work with SMEs from applications area on the technical analysis to support architecture and technical design.

Work with project and development managers to define the scope and develop a plan for the architecture and other technical deliverables related to the project .

Work with development team on technical detail design and implementation issues. 

Language skills (must have):

English Native or bilingual proficiency 

Experience required:

- **Skill/ Required/ Desired/ Years** 6-10 yrs. planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities/ Required/ 6 Must have a minimum of 3 years' of experience as a project manager or project coordinator/ Required/ 3 Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience/ Required Exp. in Government or organization that deals with Public Policy/ Required/ 6 Experience with Managing a Case Management System or Enterprise Resource Planning Application/ Required/ 3 Experience in Supporting Microsoft suite of tools including Office 365, MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint/ Required/ 2 Demonstrate critical thinking skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills/ Required/ 6 Experience with business process improvement methodologies/ Required/ 3 Exp. with PM methodologies and tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Sciforma, MS Project, Scrum, Waterfall and Agile etc. for implementation and management/ Required/ 6 Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail/ Required/ 3 Very good overall IT Troubleshooting and Technical Support Skills/ Required/ 6 

Additional job information:

- **Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:** Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience CAPM or PMP Certification Preferred ITIL Certification Highly Desired
