Job Description: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments. Create detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines. Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project outcomes. Develop risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies to minimize disruptions. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment between project goals and stakeholder expectations. Technical knowledge Requirement: As the Server and Application Monitoring Lead/ Project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of monitoring solutions for servers, applications, and network infrastructure. Good understanding of Server , application and Network monitoring infrastructure. Understanding of Sensu, Sikuli and any network monitoring platforms would be an added advantage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify critical GUI-based processes and workflows requiring monitoring. Understand the requirement to onboard new asset/application to the monitoring infrastructure Generate comprehensive reports highlighting monitoring results, identified issues, and potential areas for improvement.
