Required Skills: At least 15+ years experience with SAP Transportation Architect with S/4 Hana is mandatory. Should have exposure to SAP Embedded SAP TM in S/4HANA Good understanding of SAP TM Master Data Management Product, Business Partner, Dangerous goods Transportation network (locations, routes, and zones) Understand and perform SAP S/4 HANA Transportation Management configuration including master data & transaction replication setup Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 Hana- Transportation Management including design, configuration, testing and production deployment. SAP TM business process including Inbound and outbound Shipments. Transportation Load Builder (FTL, LTL Package Builder (Mix Product packing and Layer building) Ability to understand and articulate functional requirements for implementation as explained by business and functional SMEs Transportation - Freight cost pricing and settlement Good understanding of business processes associated with Transportation Management business processes and how they align with the organization. Participate in escalation discussions and devise a de-escalation plan, positioning right solutions based on project situations and differing business needs, proposing risk mitigation plans and bolstering customer relationships for a smooth product delivery experience. Provide status reports for projects to management SAP certifications in SAP S/4 HANA TM Management Excellent communication and client interaction skills are necessary.
