Position: Azure Cloud Analyst w/ FinOps Location: Remote Duration: 12-18 Months Visa: H4-EAD or Green Card or US Citizen Job Description: Top 3 requirements: Experience with security compliance programs such as ISO, PCI, HIPPA Prior experience with FinOps Cloud Optimization Framework and/or Cloud Adoption Framework Skilled to work with Azure cost management and compliance tools. Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: Assist the Cloud governance with the continued development and evolution of the cloud control framework and governance processes, including underlying toolsets Stay educated on the latest cost optimization strategies and technologies; gather insights and develop new opinions and strategies around cloud optimization and present solutions to leadership Drive FinOps value by helping customers in understanding their cloud spend based on their business goals and budget, create, maintain month-end and quarter-end reports. Provide reporting on Azure resources and offer actionable intelligence to right-sizing and optimization efforts. Provide input and tracking of cloud costs to the of overall financial budgets, forecasts, and actuals Partner with the product and infrastructure teams to ensure appropriate tagging and alerts strategies are deployed and maintained at scale to manage costs Partner with the Cloud Enablement team to define and prioritize improvements to our FinOps, cost management, cost governance and reporting capabilities.
