Position: Scrum Master Location: Vienna, VA (onsite) Duration: 12-18 Months Need Local Only Visa: No CPT, OPT, H1B Job Description: Support the team rules of Scrum, eliminate impediments, and lead the team in efforts for improvement. Helps the team embrace agile and SAFe core values, adopt, and apply those principles, implement practices, assist the team with the adoption of practices. Facilitate the teams progress toward team goals, utilizing the current Program Increment (PI) Objectives as Iteration Goals Collaborate with Product Owner, customers, and developers to identify and clarify scope of problems/issues in terms of business/systems requirements and processes. Support the teams efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other delivery teams. Represent the team in the Scrum of Scrums (SoS) Monitor and report on team/program effectiveness. Skilled in the use of agile/development tracking tools like Azure Dev Ops or Jira QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Five (5) to seven (7) years as a dedicated Scrum Master. Certified Scrum Master certification. Significant Scrum Master experience, as well as strong fundamentals in advanced analytics, data integration, and visualization using project management tools like Azure DevOps Significant experience leading agile development teams and facilitating team meetings in Agile environment. Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Advanced skill in building strategic and executionfocused plans and alliances with partner leadership. Significant experience in resource allocation and management Significant experience in leading, guiding and coaching professional staff. Significant experience leading agile development teams and facilitating team meetings in Agile environment. Advanced knowledge of development or operations framework methodologies, including Agile principles Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with IT industry standards and security procedures for product delivery. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong fundamentals in advanced analytics, data integration, and visualization leading agile projects as a Scrum Master/Product Owner or Product Manager. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications. Strong fundamentals in advanced analytics, data integration, and visualization.
