The candidate should be able to contribute as an individual contributor. The candidate should have Mainframe skillset. Database skills required are - DB2 file handling. Exposure to CICS, REXX is good to have. The candidate should have rich knowledge of writing COBOL code from scratch. The candidate should be able to debug and identify issues and bugs in a code. Knowledge of scripting language and writing scripts is a must. The candidate should be aware of Agile practices, should have exposure to sprints.
