Role: Business Analyst Location: Dallas, TX or Hermitage, TN - Hybrid mode (3-4 days in a week) Experience: 9 to 12 yrs, Responsibilities As a Product Owner within the team, you'll work within a team involving multi-disciplinary professionals, helping to manage change and plan for the future in line with the strategy. This could be for one specific project, or as a driver for change to implement the agreed Roadmap. You'll need to understand the current system, identify future needs and create solutions to help meet those needs. You'll need to demonstrate excellent understanding of the way Incentives works and the service line it operates in, as you will be helping to develop its functions and services to meet goals. You will also play a key role in communicating between internal departments and external parties, acting as a 'translator' where necessary to explain how Incentives can support the client's needs.
