SAP FICO Lead Consultant Remote with occasional travel Must have 15 years of experince. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FI-CO implementations, with a focus on the Controlling module. Design, configure, integrate, and support Controlling module solutions, ensuring seamless gap analysis, testing, and successful go-live. Possess comprehensive knowledge of Product Costing processes, including Material Ledger functionality and integration points with other modules. Present complex Management Accounting CO and Product Costing PC concepts effectively to business users and senior executives. Lead end-to-end implementation of COPA (costing-based and account-based) with a deep understanding of its integration with different modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FI, MM, PP consultants, and ABAP developers, for successful module integration and data handling. Create effective reports and integrate them with SAP BW/BI or other reporting tools. Utilize S4 HANA knowledge and experience to enhance project outcomes (preferred but not mandatory). Qualifications: Overall 15 and Minimum 10 years of SAP FICO experience with a focus on the Controlling module. Extensive experience in solution design, configuration, and implementation of Controlling module. Proficiency in COPA with hands-on end-to-end implementation experience. Familiarity with integration points between CO and other SAP modules. Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Prior experience leading business workshops and design validation sessions. Exposure to SAP Best Practices and Global templates is a plus. Excellent communication skills are essential.
