Skills: Solid experience in ServiceNow application development, including Scoped Application development. Required 5 Years Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Asset Management, CMDB, Request Management, Contract/vendor mgmt. Required 5 Years Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs. Required 5 Years Familiarity with ServiceNow development best practices, including coding standards, security, and performance optimization. Required 5 Years Excellent problem-solving & troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements, translate them into technical solutions Required 5 Years Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Required Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is desirable. Required Description: Responsibilities: 1. Develop custom applications, modules, and components within the ServiceNow platform using scoped development methodology. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow. 3. Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and interfaces to meet business needs. 4. Create and maintain application documentation, including design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides. 5. Perform system testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of developed applications. 6. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications using web services, APIs, and other integration methods. 7. Implement and maintain best practices for ServiceNow development, including version control, code reviews, and adherence to development standards. 8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations. 9. Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and functionalities, and assess their applicability to the organizations needs. 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and other developers, to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions. Requirements: 1.
