Position: Project Manager with CCaaS Location: Wilmington MA Duration: 6+ months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: This role will be reporting into IT PMO  Experience managing an end-to-end CCaaS implementation including stakeholder management, project scope, product enhancements, change control processes, and risk mitigation plans. 8+ years Experience in CCaaS delivery/deployment, Contact Centers, or similar industry Experience working within a formal software development life cycle (SDLC) Experience with integrations and integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft) Experience evaluating call center systems and working through a formal process to select systems and vendors based on company needs Contact center network, ACD/IVR, dialer, workforce management, software or other solution operations or technical experience Experience with Lifesize and Serenova, Five Nine and Talkdesk will be a plus.  Keywords: information technology Massachusetts
