From: Yaseen, Sydata Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Consultant - San Ramon, CA - initial remote San Ramon, CA 94583 12 Months Job Details: As a Technical Expert with 6-8 yrs hands-on technical experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Very good understanding of product architecture, data model and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) Good knowledge of OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework) Very good understanding of regulated and deregulated electricity markets, its business processes and regulations. Functional experience in Oracle utilities CC&B and sound knowledge on oracle Utilities products. Extensive knowledge of CC&B modules like Billing, Rates, Customer information, Field orders, Metering, Credit and Collections Responsibilities: Analyzing CC&B,CRCR, MDMS for Table Space optimization and space improvement Creating solution approach for implementing improvement opportunities. Responsible for translating into a working solution Involve in project implementation activities; such as such as business requirement gathering, solution design development, system documentation, testing & cut over. Involve in post-implementation production support, to ensure the all the problem solving is met according to the Service Level Agreement target. Requirements: Overall 5-6 years of experience in Oracle CC&B. Good Experience in Oracle CC&B with Strong Production Support / Implementation experience. Exposure to Oracle C2M and Oracle Utility Analytics (called as CRCR) and MDMS (Meter Data Management System) products and experience in purging/archiving/tiering large > 50 TB databases would be preferred Good functional knowledge of Oracle CC&B. Experience in Resolving user queries and Incidents in the Application and Support the Minor release roll outs.
