Here is the Position : Role : Marketo Program Manager Location : Sanjose, CA Job type : Contract Job Description : 15 years' experience as a project manager, program manager or scrum master in a software (mobile, desktop, services) or related technology industry Experience in successfully managing multi-discipline teams consisting of business and technical resources to support the end-to-end transformation of Adobes business processes. Experience working on projects that support Marketing business groups or stakeholders. Experience working with Marketing Automation Tools is a plus. Experience using various project delivery methodologies with the ability to tailor approach for project success: Agile/Scrum and Waterfall You have high energy, maintain a positive attitude, have contagious enthusiasm and a sense of humor that helps you navigate differences of opinion across teams during project implementation. A self-starter that thrives in the face of challenges, relentlessly clearing obstacles with a resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving in a collaborative and consensus driven culture Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously in time sensitive ambiguous situations with minimum guidance Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical individuals.
