Evaluate necessity for system enhancements taking into account regulatory requirements. Identify and document process gaps for the implementation of a new software system to include business need, process feasibility, user requirements, and data mapping. Document system functionality, business use, reporting requirements and workflow specifications. Identify potential project risks and difficulties and recommend solutions. Advise on project, offering solution-design support and best practices for process management. Keep all stakeholders informed through the distribution of project information and project status reports. Monitors and manages project quality to ensure that project deliverables fulfill agency expectations.
