Title: ETL Engineer

Location: Madison, WI(Cane be remote but need to be local and proof needed)

Duration: 6+ Months

Rate: $55/hr

Visa: USC/GC

Client: State of WI

As an ETL Engineer, you will heavily contribute to a business system modernization effort. You must have complex SQL development experience and have high proficiency with ETL tools, specifically Alteryx. Prior experience with Invoicing Systems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Gather requirements and develop technical specifications for ETL

Use ETL tools to design ETL jobs

Develop various types of data loads

Implement change data capture

Test and debug ETL

Develop complex SQL

Perform ETL job scheduling

Required Skills:

ETL experience with the ETL duties above

Alteryx experience (2 years)

Developing complex SQL (6 years)

SQL server experience (2 years)

Experience with management of ETL tools

Experience with data quality tools and frameworks

Experience with GitHub or other source code version control software

Desired Skills:

Prior experience with invoicing, billing, or payment systems
