Position: Salesforce Architect Location: NJ/NY (Hybrid) Thrice a week Duration: 12+ Months Contract position Experience: 10+ Years Candidate should be based in New Jersey and New York Job Description: Strong and proved knowledge of Salesforce Architecture (Salescloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, etc). Propose design decisions and lead design sessions, documenting then, aligned with LOral roadmap for governance and architecture Support the definition, along with the solution technical leader and the LOral Salesforce Architect, how the components of all the applications relate to each other, and how the facilities (new or existing) will support the capability or business area based on a broader visibility of the requirements. Ensure the application components align with the application architecture and meet application performance goals, following the governance patterns stablished. Identify and address application and data issues that affect application integrity. Identify cross-capability and cross-release issues that affect the business architecture integrity. Work with the technical leader, salesforce architect, and application designers to define the data requirements and structure for the application, based on user requirements. Work with the technical leader, Salesforce Architect to model and design the application data structure, storage, and integration. Lead the database analysis, design, and build effort. Work with the technical leader, salesforce architect and team members, to design the integration solution. Ensure that the database designs fulfill the requirements, including data volume, frequency needs, and long-term data growth. Review the database deliverables throughout development to ensure quality and traceability to requirements and adherence to all quality management plans and standards. Ensure that the developers and database administrators responsible for developing the database thoroughly understand the requirements and designs. Work with other architects to ensure that all components work together to meet objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements. Identify and communicate any cross-area or cross-release issues that may affect other areas of the project. Serve as a subject matter expert. Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies Education/ experience: Bachelors Degree required in technology related area Salesforce Certifications is a differential Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT. Minimum 5+ years of Apex (or Java) and web technologies experience Minimum 5+ years experience as a coder Minimum 5+ years experience as a Salesforce developer and Admin Minimum of 5 years experience working as part of the CRM administration team to enhance existing functionality, deliver new features, and improve user experience and efficiencie QUALIFICATIONS: Fluent English (writing/speaking) is mandatory.
