Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance, to define technical requirements and project scope. 2. Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions using .Net, .Net Core, and SQL Server technologies. Lead the architecture and design discussions, making well-informed technical decisions that align with business goals. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices. Ensure the integration of new and existing software applications, systems, and databases. 3. Technical Expertise: Stay abreast with the latest developments and advancements in .Net, .Net Core, and SQL Server technologies. Provide subject matter expertise on technical matters and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. 5. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and proper documentation. Implement and enforce best practices for software development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define testing strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Software Developer with a focus on .Net/.Net Core and SQL Server technologies. Strong hands-on experience in designing and developing complex software applications using C#, .Net, .Net Core, and SQL Server. Proficiency in software architecture and design principles, with the ability to make informed technical decisions. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices. Experience with web development frameworks, APIs, and front-end technologies is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively mentor and coach junior developers. Project management skills and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA are desirable. Responsibilities Client Facing, Hands on in coding.
