Here the goal is to provide a pro-active escalation and response to end user impacting events that are caused by application, network or platform issues. Technical Experience Implement, support and maintain New Relic for Infrastructure, synthetics and application performance monitoring. Hands-on experience in configuring New Relic for all applicable stack. Deep knowledge of NRQL, Insights, alerts and policies. Hands on experience in New Relic infrastructure and APM agent Installation and troubleshooting. . Deployment and production support on heterogeneous system like UNIXLinuxWindows environment. Hands on Experience with Synthetic URL Monitoring on a wide range of applications. Hands on Experience on APM & Browser Monitoring on a wide range of applications and performance analytics knowledge. Hands on experience in New Relic on-host integrations like AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, MSSQL, Kafka, Oracle, mySQL, and similar 3rd party enterprise applications. Experience in creating insights Dashboards for all business needs. Knowledge on programming languages like shell, Java & python . Knowledge of Chef will be an added advantage. Professional Experience He/she should have proficient communication skills in order to interact with the client. He/she should be able to handle the team.
