I expect this would be 4 to 6 weeks. After training, I would like this person to work 10a to 7p at our Downers Grove, IL office until they convert. After they convert, I would like this person to work 10a to 7p at our Downers Grove, IL office. There may be an opportunity to work remote one day a week (10a to 7p) as well after they convert. This position is responsible for the maintenance and management of the core enterprise infrastructure Essential Duties: All aspects of WAN, LAN, Voice, and Virtualization technologies Maintain and support Windows Servers 2012/2016/2019 (includes Active Directory, DNS, ADFS, DHCP, Print Servers, Terminal Servers, and Web Servers) Maintain and Support M365 Maintain and support Hyper-V/VMware virtual environment Maintain and support backup and recovery systems Maintain and support storage systems Maintain and support network connectivity at all company locations Maintain and support CISCO routers and switches Maintain and support Phone Systems Maintain and support computers (includes patching and imaging) Monitor network connectivity and systems (including after-hours) Manage Vendors, ISPs, and voice service providers Equipment Procurement and Setup Provide off-hour and on-call support as needed Maintain documentation and procedures Provide Help Desk / End User Support Travel When required (very light 1-2 times per year for a day or 2 when they have acquisitions) Additional responsibilities or tasks as needed to support company IT Infrastructure Position Requirements & Competencies: 4 years experience MSCE/MCSA Preferred (they help people who want additional training and certs) College degree preferred Hardware/Software: Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 Microsoft HyperV Microsoft 365 General Route and Switch knowledge - prefer CISCO Router and Switches Microsoft Exchange 2019 VMWare ESX and vCenter PURE, HP, Palo Alto, Lenovo Keywords: information technology hewlett packard Illinois |
