Role: Infrastructure Project Manager I. (5 Years of Experience) Location: Madison, WI (Onsite Role) Duration: Long Term Required Skills & Years of Experience: 1 5 Years Infrastructure Project Management including: Reporting on project status to stakeholders and management Establishing timelines for projects Experience determining project goals and risks Experience working with MS Project Experience developing project plans Experience working collaboratively with other teams Nice to have skills: Ability to work independently but in a team environment Able to meet deadlines; Punctual Ability to multi-task and balance their workday Ability to assist customers with questions and concerns Highly qualified applicants need: Complex problem determination and resolution skills. Working knowledge of Enterprise Infrastructure industry standards, including data centers, server farms/clusters, storage pools/arrays, networking topologies, and associated best practices. Working knowledge of cloud-hosted technologies and methodologies Working knowledge of Telecommunication concepts such as SIP, H323 and other VoIP technologies Minimally qualified applicants must have: Strong Leadership and Facilitation Skills. Strong oral and written communication Exceptional customer service skills Ability to work well with others in a team environment Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments concurrently Experience running infrastructure projects from implementation to completion Experience project reporting to management and business contacts Experience establishing project plans, timelines, resourcing, risks, and goals DOC requires background checks to be performed internally.
