Guidewire certification is mandatory Job Title : QA Manager (Guidewire) Location: 100% Remote, USA Duration : Long term contract position Job Description :- "Test Management for large efforts (25 - 40 resources) in Guidewire Insurance products Supports and Execute organization level process related to resource onboarding, training and delivery management Define test data strategy, test strategy for large migration projects Formulate the right solution and tooling strategy for Migration Projects. Risk mitigation and escalation management. Perform Test Scenario identification across multiple applications in multiple Line Of Business Coordinate with the Application Team, Testing, Infrastructure, and tool vendors to resolve issues. Define and advise internal and external standards, methods, and procedures for Test Data Management. Ability to establish, report, and manage various metrics to effectively manage team. Manage and Orchestrate building Test Strategies for Test Data Creation, Test Planning, Test Execution and Test Status Reporting Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong decision-making and leadership abilities. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Work experience on GW - insurance domain is preferable.
