This position is part of a team of highly skilled technology driven individuals. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with daily support, maintenance, governance, and customer service of the enterprise productivity system, Google Workspace. The responsibilities will include the ability to work in a team environment with enterprise level systems and newly deployed features. This position will participate in product demonstrations, provide industry best practices guidance to leadership, participate in projects to extend service offerings within the enterprise productivity system, remediations of technical audit findings, and follows the agency's change management practices. This position will also work on our enterprise identity platforms as well as supporting sftp file transfer platform and AD/DNS troubleshooting. This position requires a self-motivated individual that can work with minimal direct supervision from the management team. This position is required to keep the system up-to-date with mandatory updates, maintain system documentation (i.e. run books, procedures, etc), and prioritize workload to provide the most efficient support and coordination with statewide super admins and customers apart from daily activities.

3-5 years of experience in systems administration and mail platform support

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
