HI Partners , Role : CRM Business Architect Location : USA (Remote) Visa : Any visa (No opt,Cpt) Job Summary: Highly skilled and experienced Business Architect to join and lead the definition of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success (CS), and Partnership Business Capability models. As a Business Architect, the person will play a crucial role in understanding and translating business Process and defining Business Capability Model . Expertise will be essential in identifying Business Owners and Technical Owners for each capability and performing heat map analysis to gauge the strengths and weaknesses of the capabilities. Additionally, person will be responsible for mapping the tools required to implement and optimize these capabilities. Responsibilities: 1. Business Capability Model Development: - Collaborate with stakeholders to define the Sales, Account Management, CS, and Partnership Business Capability models from Level 1 (L1) to Level 5 (L5). - Understand and document the interrelationships between different capabilities within each domain. 2. Business and Technical Ownership: - Identify key stakeholders and Business Owners for each Business Capability to ensure clear accountability and governance. - Collaborate with IT and technical teams to identify appropriate Technical Owners responsible for implementing and maintaining the technology components supporting each capability. 3. Heat Map Analysis: - Conduct in-depth heat map analysis for the Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partnership capabilities to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. - Provide strategic recommendations for enhancing the capabilities based on the heat map findings. 4. Tools and Technology Mapping: - Work closely with the technology team to understand existing and potential tools and platforms relevant to each capability. - Map the identified tools to the corresponding business capabilities and assist in optimizing their usage. 5. Business Process Optimization: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and optimize existing business processes related to Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partnership. - Suggest improvements and efficiency measures to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields. - Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Architect or in a similar role, ideally within the fintech or financial services industry. - Strong expertise in developing Business Capability models and conducting heat map analyses. - Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnership functions and their alignment with business strategies. - Proficient in analyzing and optimizing business processes. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and dynamic environment. - Experience with fintech tools and technologies is a plus.
